ÇayGPT

Terms of Use

Effective 8 October 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ÇayGPT mobile app, the çaygpt.com website and the web panel (together, "ÇayGPT"). By creating a ÇayGPT account or using ÇayGPT, you accept these Terms. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. The Turkish version of these Terms is at /kullanim-kosullari.

"We", "us" and "our" mean ZincirX Inc., which provides ÇayGPT (section 1). "You" means the person using ÇayGPT. A "venue" is a tea house, coffee shop or similar business listed on ÇayGPT; a "business owner" is a person who registers a venue with ÇayGPT and acts for it.

1. Who provides ÇayGPT

ÇayGPT is provided by ZincirX Inc., a corporation established in the State of Delaware, United States, with its address at c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States; it is the other party to your contract for using ÇayGPT. ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. operates the service for it in Türkiye.

Who sells what costs money (voucher packs, certification and monthly membership, section 10) depends on the billing country: the venue's for what is bought for a venue, yours for what you buy for yourself. Your browser's language or where you happen to be does not decide it on its own.

Our company details are in section 18.

2. What ÇayGPT is

With ÇayGPT you can:

Venues are independent businesses. The products and services on their menus are provided by the venues, the venues set their prices, and the venues prepare the orders. ÇayGPT is the platform that brings you together with venues and passes your order or booking to them.

3. Who may use ÇayGPT

4. Your account and its security

You can sign in with your email address and password, with Google or with Apple. Do not share your password with anyone. If you think your account has been used without your permission, write to bilgi@çaygpt.com at once; we may suspend the account for a time to protect you and others. You are responsible for what is done with your account to the extent you could have prevented it.

5. Community rules: zero tolerance

ÇayGPT is a community where people meet face to face at real venues. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. These rules apply to your profile (name, photo, about-me text, profession, social media accounts), your messages, your reviews, venue listings and menus, and to how you treat people you meet through ÇayGPT.

The following are prohibited:

6. Reporting, blocking and moderation

7. Your content

What you put in your profile, messages, reviews and venue listings remains yours. So that we can provide ÇayGPT, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy and display that content within ÇayGPT and pass it to the people concerned, for as long as it is on ÇayGPT. Your reviews are shown publicly with your name and profile photo.

You are responsible for the content you post and confirm that you have the rights needed to post it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

8. Business owners' responsibilities

When you register a venue on ÇayGPT:

Venue listings are published after we have reviewed and approved them. We may decline to publish, unpublish or suspend a listing that is inaccurate, misleading or against these Terms.

Purchases you make for your business (membership, certification, supplies) are commercial transactions; consumer protection law does not apply to transactions business owners and marketers make for their business or trade. Where a law nonetheless treats a particular transaction as a consumer transaction, the rights that law gives remain.

9. Orders and bookings

10. Payments, vouchers and credit

11. Intellectual property

ÇayGPT, including its software, design, and the ÇayGPT name and logo, belongs to us or to those who license it to us; open-source components are used under their own licences. These Terms transfer none of those rights to you. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ÇayGPT, for yourself or for your business, as these Terms allow. Except as the law allows, you may not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer ÇayGPT's software, and you may not try to disrupt or overload ÇayGPT or the systems it runs on, or to reach other people's accounts or data.

12. Deleting, suspending and closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Ayarlar (Settings) → Hesabımı Kalıcı Olarak Sil (Delete my account permanently), or by writing to bilgi@çaygpt.com from your account's email address. What is deleted and what is kept is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content, remove your account from the social features, or suspend or close your account for a breach of these Terms, for a threat to the security of an account, of the service or of others, or where the law, a court or a competent authority requires it. We keep any measure proportionate to its reason and give notice beforehand where waiting would not cause harm.

We may change ÇayGPT's features or end some of them. If we stop providing ÇayGPT altogether, we will tell you at least 30 days before.

13. Liability

We provide ÇayGPT with the care expected of a diligent provider of such a service, but we do not promise that it will run without interruption or error. Maintenance, faults and events outside our control can make it unavailable for a time.

We are not responsible for the products and services venues provide, for other users' content and behaviour (without prejudice to how we handle reports under these rules), or for the services of third parties such as Google, Apple, Stripe and iyzico.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Apart from those cases, for damage caused by slight negligence we are liable, to the extent the law allows, only for foreseeable and typical damage.

You compensate us for the losses we incur from third-party claims that result from your content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent you are responsible for them.

14. If you downloaded the app from the App Store

15. Changes

We may change these Terms for a valid reason, such as a change in the law or in ÇayGPT. A change that reduces your rights or adds to your obligations takes effect only after we have told you, in the app or by email, at least 30 days before; if you do not accept it, you can delete your account free of charge. Other changes, such as corrections and clearer wording, take effect when we publish them. The date at the top shows the version in force.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and every contract made under them, are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its rules on conflict of laws. The one exception is ZincirX A.Ş.'s sales to buyers in Türkiye (section 1), which are governed by Turkish law.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you habitually live, which, if you live in Türkiye, means Turkish consumer law. You can bring a dispute before the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) or the consumer court where you live.

For disputes with users who act for their business or trade (such as business owners and marketers), the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.

If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain in force. If a problem arises, please write to us first so that we can try to resolve it; that is not a condition of going to court.

17. Contact

You can reach us at bilgi@çaygpt.com. We send notices about these Terms in the app or to your account's email address.
